We were so thrilled for our trip to Disney World. We had planned everything meticulously and couldn't wait to experience in all the rides. But, as they say, the best laid plans of mice and men often go sideways. On our second day, misfortune struck. My daughter woke up feeling nauseous. A few hours later, I was right there with him! We soon realized we had fallen victim to the dreaded intestinal flu.

We spent the rest of our trip miserable, wishing all the adventures we had missed.
